Immigration

Following the presentation of evidence and arguments, the Immigration Judge will render a decision, either orally or in writing. If the decision is not favorable, there is a 30-day window to file an appeal.

Your removal hearing will happen before an immigration judge who will review the evidence
and listen to arguments from both sides.
