Your attorney will also present evidence in your favor including documentation of your ties to the community, employment history, and any personal or family circumstances that support your case. You may be granted the right to remain in the US if the Judge determines you are eligible for relief from removal. IF not, you may have the opportunity to appeal your decision or explore other legal options. You should also be really patient with this process because it can be long and patience is required.
